Return and refund policy
1. Brief Introduction
At Shiningboxes, our primary goal is to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience every time you place an order. However, there may be occasions when you need to return items. Our policy outlines the conditions for accepting returns and processing refunds on behalf of our sellers, as well as circumstances where returns/refunds cannot be granted.
2. Return Window and Acceptance Conditions
Sellers on Shiningboxes allow returns for most items within 7 days of delivery. No returns are accepted after this period (without affecting your legal rights). Eligible reasons include:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging/seals intact.
- Exceptions: Defective items or damage from reasonable use (per manufacturer guidelines).
3. Non-Returnable Items
- a)Health/Hygiene Products:
Non-returnable except for wrong/defective/damaged/counterfeit items. "Change of mind" refunds excluded.
- b) Customized Items:
Personalized goods (e.g., engravings, embroidery) cannot be returned unless defective/damaged upon delivery.
- c) Post-Delivery Damage:
Items damaged after delivery are non-returnable unless defects exist. Warranty claims follow seller’s policy.
4. Return Packaging Requirements

Return in original packaging with all labels/seals (e.g., shoes in original box).

You bear responsibility until receipt. Pack securely to prevent damage.

Remove all personal data (unlock accounts, delete data).

Shiningboxes not liable for included non-original items or data breaches.
5. Refund Process

Approved returns: Refund within timeframe at Refund Policy Page.

Full shipping refunds for defective/damaged/non-conforming items.

No shipping refunds for "change of mind" or sizing issues.

Contact sale@shiningboxes.com if no refund after 15 business days.
6. Rejected Returns & Item Confiscation

No refund.

2 redelivery attempts within 7 business days.

Unsuccessful redelivery: Items held for 30 days.

Unclaimed items become Shiningboxes property (may be sold/donated/recycled/destroyed).
7. No Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered. To switch color/size, return the item and place a new order.
